Our firm founders, Randy H. McMurray and Yana G. Henriks, have dedicated their careers to upholding the law and achieving justice for their clients.

For example, attorney Henriks successfully argued her client’s medical malpractice case in one of the California Courts of Appeal, securing a published decision that upheld citizens’ rights to an unbiased jury selection process and emphasized the courts’ duty to thoroughly investigate violations of this right. (Unzueta v. Akopyan (2019) 42 Cal. App. 5th 199 [254 Cal. Rptr. 850]). In another case, Mr. McMurray fought for and won for his client, who was paralyzed by a falling tree, a settlement of $7.6 million.
